Jared Isaacman founded Shift4 in 1999 at sixteen years old in the basement of his parents’ home. Under his leadership, Shift4 has consistently pushed boundaries, developing cutting-edge payment technologies and solutions that empower businesses across various sectors. In 2022, Shift4 employed over 2,500 people and processed over $200 billion in payments for more than 200,000 customers across the U.S. and Europe. In 2020, Shift4 went public on the New York Stock Exchange. In 2021, Isaacman was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in recognition of his leadership at Shift4 and demonstrated longterm value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, and growth.

Taylor serves as President and Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for all aspects of growth, including overseeing product development, strategic partnerships and corporate development/investments. Prior to joining Shift4, Taylor worked at Blackstone in a variety of strategy roles, most recently as the COO and lead portfolio manager for Blackstone Total Alternatives Solutions funds. Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Taylor worked as a Private Banker at Merrill Lynch where he advised numerous Fortune 500 companies and their executives on capital markets transactions. Taylor received an Economics and Finance Degree from Bentley College.

Nancy Disman joined Shift4’s executive management team from Intrado, a global technology company, where she has served as the company’s CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for five years. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in the payments industry, holding numerous executive positions. Ms. Disman served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of TSYS’ Merchant Services division (previously TransFirst), Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cynergy Data Corporation, and Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Merchant Services Segment at First Data (now part of Fiserv). Ms. Disman began her professional career with Ernst and Young LLP's audit and assurance practice.

As General Counsel, Jordan Frankel oversees the company's legal team. Jordan has been instrumental in contract negotiations as well as various other legal matters for the company. Mr. Frankel attended the Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management, then Quinnipiac University School of Law where he obtained his law degree and the Quinnipiac University Lender School of Business where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration.

As Chief of Staff, Terry Sullivan is responsible for managing and coordinating strategic business initiatives and helping to guide them to completion. Terry also plans and directs administrative and operational activities on behalf of the CEO and other company executives. Terry graduated cum laude from Hood College and received a Juris Doctorate from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Terrence Sullivan

Samantha serves as the Chief Transformation Officer and is responsible for all aspects of people, processes, and system transformation efforts across Shift4.  She is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day activities of Human Resources, Learning and Development, Program Management, Reliability, and Digital Transformation.  Prior to joining Shift4, Samantha served in the United States Air Force for 23 years where she was one of the first female fighter pilots, and culminated her military career as a Wing Commander responsible for $2.3B in capital assets, over 200 aircraft, and training the Air Force’s newest pilots.  She received her Doctorate from Air University, a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy.

Michael Isaacman is the Chief Commercial Officer at Shift4, responsible for the revenue strategy, marketing, sales support as well as building upon critical customer and partner relationships. He brings over two decades of leadership in growing revenue, defining business development strategies, cultivating sales organizations and capturing new business across multiple B2B industries.

Donald Isaacman has served as a member of the board of directors of Shift4 since its formation, and previously served as the President of the company since its founding in 1999. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Isaacman served as the Vice President of Supreme Security Systems, Inc., a home alarm and business security system company, for nearly 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales from Monmouth University. We believe Mr. D. Isaacman is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his senior management experience and his knowledge of our business in particular, gained through his services as our President.

Christopher Cruz has served as a member of the board of directors of Shift4, Inc. since its formation, and as a member of the board of managers of Shift4, LLC since May 2016. He is the Lead Independent Director as of 2023. Mr. Cruz is a Managing Director at Searchlight, which he joined in 2011. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Cruz served on the investment team at Oaktree Capital Management, a global alternative investment management firm. Prior to that, Mr. Cruz was in the leveraged finance and restructuring group at UBS Investment Bank, from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Cruz has also served as a member of the board of directors of M&M Food Market, a frozen food retail chain, since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. We believe Mr. Cruz is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive experience in finance and capital markets and his knowledge of our business in particular, gained through his services as a member of our board of managers.

Ms. Davis is Director of Early Stage Projects at X (formerly Google X) and focuses on providing strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of early-stage technology ventures. Ms. Davis has held various senior positions at Google in her career – initially from 2003 through 2008 -- serving as a Principal in their New Business Development group, and overseeing operations for the company’s groundbreaking IPO in 2004. More recently, in September 2016 she returned to Google as Director for mapping and local search strategy and business development by way of Alphabet’s acquisition of Urban Engines, a geospatial analytics platform. Ms. Davis was Urban Engines’ first business hire and helped establish foundational business development, strategy, and operations functions in her role. She previously served on the board of Innovyze, acquired by Autodesk, where she was chair of the audit committee and member of the compensation committee. Ms. Davis earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, and her B.A. from Princeton University’s School of Public & International Affairs. We believe Ms. Davis is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors due to her two decades of experience in the technology industry and her various senior leadership and advisory roles spanning startups to global corporations.

Ms. Grover is Principal of Sarah Grover, Inc. where she leverages her 35 years of hospitality industry experience leading global brands. Ms. Grover is hired to assess, stabilize, and restructure global restaurant brands through data-driven and CPG growth strategies.   For 25 years, Ms. Grover held a series of high impact-strategic roles for the global chain California Pizza Kitchen. Her leadership as EVP and Chief Brand & Concept Officer helped enable the company’s growth from a ten-unit restaurant chain to a $600M global brand and through multiple private and public ownership transactions. As a respected marketing leader, Ms. Grover has been recognized as a Marketing 50 by Advertising Age, and in 2020 named one of the top 25 casual dining restaurant executives.   Ms. Grover is on the board of ChowNow, the UCLA Annual Restaurant Conference and the non profit Support + Feed. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePauw University. We believe Ms. Grover is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to her experience and insight acquired from leading companies in the restaurant and consumer industries.

From 2013 to 2019, Mr. Halkyard held various senior management positions at Extended Stay America, Inc., an integrated hotel owner and operator, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Halkyard has also served as a member of the board of directors of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. since September 2011, including as the chair of its nominating and governance committee and member of its finance committee since June 2016, and as a member of its audit committee since September 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. We believe Mr. Halkyard is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to his experience in leading companies in the finance and hospitality industries and his knowledge of the board and corporate governance practices of other organizations.

Mr. Bakhshandehpour is the President and Board Member of José Andrés’ (JA) restaurant and media company. JA’s platform spans 30+ restaurants across 9 markets globally and multiple cuisines, including the 2-Michelin starred Minibar, and numerous Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants. Mr. Bakhshandehpour also runs José Andrés Media division (JAM) which produces food-related cultural content across scripted and unscripted film and television, books, podcasts, and digital content. JAM also houses numerous global partnerships and a consumer products platform. Previously, Mr. Bakhshandehpour served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of sbe Entertainment, a private equity backed hotel, restaurant and nightlife company with over 80 properties globally. He began his career on Wall Street with J.P. Morgan Securities running the Global Casino and West Coast Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking practice focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
