Taylor is Shift4’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He has been with Shift4 since 2018 and his prior roles include President and Chief Strategy Officer. He has been a corporate officer since the company’s IPO in June 2020 but his roots extend far beyond this as one of the company’s first interns 25 years ago.
 
Prior to joining Shift4, Taylor worked at Blackstone in a variety of strategy roles, most recently as the COO and lead portfolio manager for Blackstone Total Alternatives Solutions funds. Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Taylor worked as a Private Banker at Merrill Lynch. Taylor received an Economics and Finance Degree from Bentley College. He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children.

Christopher N. Cruz joined Shift4 as the Chief Financial Officer Designate after serving on the company’s board of directors for nearly a decade. 
 
Prior to joining the executive team of Shift4, Mr. Cruz was a Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners where he had been a member of the investment team since the inception of that firm focusing on investments in Financial Services and FinTech. While at Searchlight, Mr. Cruz led a majority investment into Shift4 in 2016 and subsequently the public listing of the business on the NYSE in 2020.
 
Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Cruz served on the investment team at Oaktree Capital Management, a global alternative investment management firm. Prior to that, he was in the leveraged finance and restructuring group at UBS Investment Bank, from 2006 to 2008.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with distinction.
 
Mr. Cruz has served as a director on multiple company boards in the financial services, technology, and consumer sectors. He is also a director on the non-profit boards of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami (an organization focused on youth financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship education in partnership with schools) and the Upper Canada Education Foundation.

As General Counsel, Jordan Frankel oversees the company's legal team. Jordan has been instrumental in contract negotiations as well as various other legal matters for the company. Mr. Frankel attended the Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management, then Quinnipiac University School of Law where he obtained his law degree and the Quinnipiac University Lender School of Business where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration.

Kim Rodgers is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shift4 (NYSE: FOUR).  As the head of the global HR and L&D function, Kim leads a team of ~100 HR professionals, driving the company’s talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to support its rapid global growth.  With extensive experience in HR strategy, global expansion, and M&A, Kim has played a pivotal role in scaling high-growth organizations for global growth.  Previously, Kim held HR leadership roles at Tomo, Knotel, Walmart eCommerce, and Merck.  During her time at Merck she lived and worked in Switzerland and Hong Kong in regional HR roles which helped her to grow a deep appreciation and expertise in leading HR for multinational teams. Kim lives in Connecticut with her husband and her three boys.

Luke serves as Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for driving capital-efficient growth across the company, including acquisitions and investments, strategic partnerships, and organic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Shift4, Luke worked in private equity as an investment professional at both Blackrock and First Reserve Corporation. Prior to that, Luke worked in investment banking at Barclays. Jay Whalen joined Shift4 in 2023 from Commvault, a publicly traded enterprise software company, where he spent ten years, including five as Chief Accounting Officer. Before that, he spent over a decade in Deloitte’s audit practice, working with large multinational clients. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore.

Josh is the Chief Business Operations Officer at Shift4, overseeing Program Management, Corporate Planning, Corporate Facilities, Corporate IT, and Procurement. Before joining Shift4 in 2021, Josh spent 13 years at Lockheed Martin, holding various leadership roles across Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management. Throughout his tenure, he supported a range of platforms, technologies, and customers, including U.S. Navy and U.S. Army weapon systems and international flight simulation & training programs. Josh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Jacques Stern joined Global Blue in 2015 as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He has nearly 30 years of experience within large international companies. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1988 as an auditor. He later joined the Accor Group in 1992, where he held various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Between 2010 and 2015, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Edenred. Jacques also holds a Business degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Lille, France.

Brendan Lauber serves as Vice Chairman.
 
As a longtime collaborator with founder Jared Isaacman, Mr. Lauber helped co-found the company, while joining as its first employee and spent many years as Chief Technology Officer, instrumental in driving technological innovation and scaling the business from its startup origins into a global leader processing billions in transactions annually.
 
He has held a number of leadership roles, including President and CTO of Harbortouch and currently leads an internal team driving unique technology-driven initiatives inside the company. Mr. Lauber attended Rochester Institute of Technology and is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tom serves as Head of Investor Relations and is responsible for shareholder and analyst communications. Prior to joining Shift4, Tom worked as a senior equity research analyst for several Wall Street firms, including Mizuho, CLSA, Sterne Agee, Janney Capital Markets, and Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. Nancy Disman joined Shift4’s executive management team from West Corporation, a global technology company, where she served as the company’s CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for five years. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in the payments industry, holding numerous executive positions. Ms. Disman served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of TSYS’ Merchant Services division (previously TransFirst), Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cynergy Data Corporation, and Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Merchant Services Segment at First Data (now part of Fiserv). Ms. Disman began her professional career with Ernst and Young LLP's audit and assurance practice.

Tim, based in the UK, has worked in global payments for 25 years. As the former CEO/CTO of 3C Payment, a leading hospitality gateway in EMEA, he sold that business to Planet in 2020 and took on the role of CPTO. As CPTO he led the global teams in Acquiring, DCC, integrated Gateway and Tax Free. He also as part of Planet’s strategy in Hospitality, worked on the acquisition of two Property Management System software companies and subsequently managed the delivery of vertical payments product offering in Europe. He joins Shift4 in Product, driving the in-person payments strategy globally. He brings extensive knowledge in integrated payments for Hospitality and Retail, with a track record of innovation.

Donald Isaacman has served as a member of the board of directors of Shift4 since its formation, and previously served as the President of the company since its founding in 1999. Karen Roter Davis has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Shift4 Payments, Inc. since August 2021. Ms. Davis is a Managing Partner at Entrada Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in emerging, high growth enterprise, and industrial technology companies. Ms. Davis spent over a decade in executive leadership at Alphabet, from pre-IPO to more recently. From 2017 until February 2022, Ms. Davis was Director of Early Stage Projects at X (formerly Google X) where she provided strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of early-stage technology ventures.
 
As Corporate Counsel and then Principal of New Business Development from 2003 to 2008, she oversaw internal operations for Google’s groundbreaking 2004 IPO and scaled some of the company’s innovative, early-stage businesses. In September 2016, Ms. Davis returned to Google as Director for mapping and local search strategy and business development by way of Alphabet’s acquisition of Urban Engines, a geospatial analytics platform. Ms. Davis was Urban Engines’ first business hire and helped establish foundational business development, strategy, and operations functions in her role.

Sarah Grover is Principal of Sarah Grover, Inc., a strategic advisory firm focused on growth and transformation within the global hospitality industry. She brings more than 25 years of executive experience leading brand, marketing, and operational strategy for high-growth consumer and global restaurant companies.
 
Ms. Grover spent the majority of her career at California Pizza Kitchen, where she held a series of senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Brand & Concept Officer. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling the business from a regional 10-unit concept to a $600 million global brand, successfully navigating multiple private equity and public company transitions.
 
Recognized as a thought leader in brand strategy and customer engagement, Ms. Grover was named to Advertising Age’s Marketing 50 and was recognized in 2020 as one of the Top 25 Executives in Casual Dining. She currently serves on the boards of ChowNow, Black Rock Coffee Bar, the UCLA Annual Restaurant Conference, and the non-profit Support + Feed.

Prior to joining MGM, Jonathan served as Chief Executive Officer of Extended Stay America. Before being named President and CEO in 2017, Jonathan served as Extended Stay America’s Chief Financial Officer for nearly three years and Chief Operating Officer for two years preceding that.
 
Mr. Halkyard was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NV Energy from 2012 through September 2013 and ultimately led the sale of the company to MidAmerican Energy Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Mr. Halkyard held several key operations and finance positions at Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah’s Entertainment) over a 13-year period, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance for Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, and Assistant General Manager of Harrah’s Las Vegas. As CFO, he led the company through a $30 billion sale in 2008 to an investor group led by TPG and Apollo Management.
 
Mr. Halkyard is a Director of Shift4 Payments, Inc. (NYSE: FOUR), where he chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nomination & Governance Committee. He is a member of the International Center for Responsible Gaming Advisory Council, a group of distinguished leaders in the gaming industry who advise the ICRG. Mr. Halkyard is Chairman of the Board of the Smith Center for the Performing Arts and Trustee Emeritus of the Economic Club of Las Vegas. He also serves as an Independent Director on the board of Shift4, where he is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.
 
Previously, he was CEO and Board Member of sbe Entertainment, overseeing 80+ properties worldwide. Bakhshandehpour began his career at J.P. Morgan Securities in Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Seth Dallaire is Walmart’s executive vice president and chief growth officer. He is responsible for driving revenue and overseeing all areas that contribute to its growth, including marketing, product, design and Walmart’s newer revenue generating businesses, such as Walmart Connect (media), Walmart+ (membership), Walmart Data Ventures (data insights) and Customer Data & Identity.
 
From 2021-2024, Seth served as executive vice president and chief revenue officer of Walmart U.S. During this time, the Revenue organization greatly contributed to Walmart’s expansion beyond retail sales and created financial flexibility to fuel important new innovations.
 
Prior to joining Walmart, Seth served as Instacart’s chief revenue officer (CRO), building the advertising business from the ground up and partnering with more than 2,500 brands. He has a long history of leading sales organizations at rapidly growing technology companies. Prior to Instacart, Seth held leadership roles at Amazon, including vice president of global advertising sales and marketing, where he helped grow their retail media business. Before Amazon, Seth led sales teams for Yahoo! and Microsoft.

Stergio Siabanis is a seasoned technology executive with over twenty-five years of experience leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives. With a strong background in technology integration, infrastructure modernization, and retail and hospitality systems, Stergio has played a pivotal role in enhancing business operations and customer experiences through innovative IT solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at TAO Group Hospitality, Stergio leads enterprise-wide IT operations, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. By driving digital transformation and IT strategy, the focus is on improving guest experiences, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless technology integration across the organization. Before taking on his current role, Stergio held multiple leadership positions in retail and e-commerce technology. As a Vice President of IT, the responsibility extended to overseeing a multi-brand technology ecosystem, implementing next-generation POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and payment solutions. The role required a deep understanding of store infrastructure, loss prevention, access management, and vendor integrations, ensuring smooth IT operations across a vast retail footprint.

Qiava Martinez is in her 16th year with the Raiders. Prior to being named Senior Vice President – Chief Sales Officer, Martinez was Vice President of Premium Sales & Service for the Las Vegas Raiders. Martinez began her career with the Raiders in 2008 as an Inside Sales Ticket Representative, then was elevated to Director of Group Sales and Fundraising for three years. Shortly after, Martinez was promoted to the Director of Premium Seating and Service.
 
Prior to pursuing a career in the sports industry, Martinez was the publisher and owner of Culture Magazine, an outlet used by teenage writers to express their life experiences. Martinez was also the Executive Director for the non-profit Youth Achieving Destiny. Martinez earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She also received a master's in business administration from the University of Phoenix, Bay Area Chapter. She sits on the following youth and sports focused boards, Teach For America Las Vegas Chapter, and the Icy Baby Foundation founded by her mother, Roxane and niece rap artist Saweetie.
 
Her father, Willie Harper played in the NFL for 13 years (11 with the San Francisco 49ers). Her brother Matthew Harper is the defensive backs coach for the 49ers. Her youngest brother, Josh Harper, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders in 2015. The Martinez family includes husband Jonathan and daughter Harper.

With expertise in both sports and technology, Scott has helped enhance the fan experience by implementing seamless payment solutions throughout the stadium. His leadership has been crucial in fostering the Raiders' successful partnership with Shift4, setting new standards for stadium operations and fan engagement.

A tireless advocate for the importance of philanthropy and the not-for profit sector and a driven business leader who has led a near-quadrupling of annual revenue for the multi-billion-dollar organization he serves, Richard C. Shadyac Jr. was named the President and Chief Executive Officer of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in September 2009. He serves as ALSAC’s sixth CEO since the organization’s founding in 1957, stewarding ALSAC through unprecedented growth. As the largest healthcare charity in the world and the largest charity in the U.S. ranked by cash revenue (over $2.6 billion in fiscal year 2024), ALSAC employs more than 1,650 team members who operate from its headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee, and 33 offices in seven territories across the country. ALSAC relies on some 12 million supporters who make donations or volunteer and support tens of thousands of fundraising activities annually to help support the mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.

Rick Shadyac Jr.

Kera Wright is Chief Financial Officer of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has been with the organization for over five years and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Kera leads a team that is responsible for driving financial planning, data analytics, accounting, tax, and treasury, which enables St. Jude fundraising in excess of $2.6 billion annually, as well as multi-million dollars in cost savings opportunities through operational efficiencies year over year. Under Kera’s leadership, the organization has driven significant year-over-year growth. She continues to deliver a significant value proposition in support of St. Jude’s overall growth strategy. Kera is also responsible for the transformation of the finance organization to support innovation and continued growth strategies for both ALSAC and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Robert Neal serves as Allegiant’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, appointed in January 2023. Neal oversees various areas of finance for the parent organization, Allegiant Travel Company, including treasury and corporate finance, fleet planning, accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, procurement, and investor relations. Mr. Neal has led numerous capital raise initiatives through the evolution of Allegiant’s unique business model, which supports fleet replacement initiatives and Allegiant’s leisure travel strategy. Neal recently led the company’s 2021 order from Boeing and CFM for up to 100 new 737 MAX aircraft and its recent $550 million corporate debt refinancing. Neal has served in progressive roles at Allegiant since 2007.

Andy Villas is the Vice President of Digital Solutions for Alterra Mountain Company, responsible for enabling ecommerce growth and enhancing the digital guest experience for Ikon Pass and Alterra’s 17 resorts. He has over two decades of experience developing and implementing digital and omnichannel capabilities in Fortune 500 firms in Retail and Hospitality.

Steuart Walton is the founder and chairman of RZC Investments, an investment business located in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is also founder and former chief executive officer of Game Composites, a U.S. manufacturer of carbon fiber aircraft and aircraft parts. He is also the co-founder of Runway Group, a holding company that makes investments in real estate, outdoor initiatives, and hospitality.
 
Steuart serves as a director of Rapha Racing Limited, a cycling apparel business, and is active in the governance and operations of many of his family’s enterprises. He is a board member of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and Leadership for Education Equity.
 
He has a law degree from Georgetown and previously worked at Allen and Overy, and he also worked as a Walmart associate on the mergers and acquisitions team while living in London.
