Updated Features in Our Latest DOLLARS ON THE NET Release
We routinely update our solutions to optimize your payment processing efficiency, security, and cost savings. As such, we’ve recently added a few new features to our DOLLARS ON THE NET payment gateway.

  • Ability to Require Multifactor Authentication – Account administrators can now require multifactor authentication (MFA) for select users when they log in to DOLLARS ON THE NET. This allows account administrators to better secure staff members’ logins by prompting them to enter a unique six-digit passcode via their smart device in addition to the merchant account number, username, and password. We recommend requiring this setting for all administrator-type users.

    Account administrators who want to require MFA can find the instructions in the Account Administrator Guide in DOLLARS ON THE NET Help. Staff members who need to enable MFA for their account should read the Changing Your Profile document in DOLLARS ON THE NET Help.

  • Login Help – If you forget your account number, username, or password – or if you were unable to generate a passcode using MFA, our new Login Help feature can help you reset it right from the DOLLARS ON THE NET login page. The process is pretty easy, but if you’d like to learn more, the directions are available in the Logging in to DOLLARS ON THE NET document in DOLLARS ON THE NET Help.
  • Custom Date Range Option for Consolidated Totals Report – Administrators for centralized accounts (i.e., accounts that allow administrator-type users to view transactions and print reports for multiple accounts) can now select a custom date range when generating a Consolidated Totals Report. Find out how in the Centralized Accounts document in DOLLARS ON THE NET Help.
  • View Referrals – A “referrals only” viewing option is now available on the current transactions and archived transactions pages in DOLLARS ON THE NET. This viewing option allows auditors to see all of the transactions that received a referral response within a selected time period, so they can investigate them and ensure that no fake or inaccurate authorization codes were entered.
