Communication Costs: We Pick Up the Tab for You

You have the freedom to switch banks and/or processors as needed so you can negotiate for the best interchange rates and fees while keeping your transaction archives and payment data completely secure. And since we have the connections in place, you don’t have to pay communication costs.
While for most fees we can only help you negotiate a better rate, the communication costs we cover completely. You should not be paying a communication cost of any type from your processor, so check your statements and be sure to call and ask them about any “questionable” charges that could be hiding this fee. (Read our “WTF? (What’s That Fee?)” for an explanation of some of the main fees charged by banks and merchant service providers.)

100% neutrality and the freedom to switch banks and processors is not the standard practice by most gateways. In fact, no other gateway can even offer it to you!
