DOLLARS ON THE NET^® includes a robust reporting module that provides you with the ability to easily search, filter and create reports on any data within the system. You can run reports for your entire enterprise, for each region, each location or even each Merchant ID. You can run them on the active transaction database or on the 24 months of archived transactions stored within the system, or for any specific date range you select.

You select the details you want, the format you desire and how you want to view or export the reports. To be as paper friendly and secure as possible, these reports can be displayed on screen, saved as a PDF or exported in comma or tab delimited formats.

Along with Shift4's robust reporting capabilities is the ability for you to search both the active and archive databases to find any specific transaction based on several search and span criteria. This ability to easily identify and retrieve the full details of any one transaction saves significant time and money and can help you avoid costly chargebacks.
