SBE Restaurant & Nightlife Group integrates Shift4's DOLLARS ON THE NET®

Las Vegas (May 15, 2008) – Los Angeles' luxury hospitality leader, SBE Entertainment, signed an agreement with Shift4 Corporation, a supplier of secure payment processing services, to integrate Shift4's DOLLARS ON THE NET® web-based payment gateway. This contract provides SBE Restaurant and Nightlife Group's eclectic collection of restaurants and nightclubs with fast, reliable and secure payment processing with Shift4's DOLLARS ON THE NET.

Shift4 Corporation's DOLLARS ON THE NET provides high-speed and low-cost authorizations and settlements for credit, debit, check, private label and gift card transactions. This system is based on Tokenization technology – developed and publicly released by Shift4 in 2005 – that provides world class security by removing the merchant's responsibility for storing and maintaining credit card information at the point of sale (POS).
