Charlie Brown's Steakhouse Selects Shift 4's
DOLLARS ON THE NET with Secure MICROS Driver

Las Vegas, Nevada (April 12, 2007) – Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse has signed a contract with Shift4 Corporation to provide payment processing solutions, including installation of Shift4’s Secure Driver for legacy MICROS point-of-sale (POS) systems. The partnership will provide fast, reliable, and secure credit card processing powered by Shift4's DOLLARS ON THE NET^® with Tokenization technology at more than 60 Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse locations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

The Shift4 Secure Driver is the only driver that can claim no cardholder information is ever stored in the POS application, database or server. It gives food and beverage and hospitality businesses a cost-effective alternative to a complete POS system upgrade and the purchase of related hardware. In selecting the Shift4 solution, Charlie Brown's Steakhouse cited an immediate need for security as well as PCI compliance.
